Part-Time Senior Caregiver – Memory Care & Companionship | $20/Hour Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM Hours: 20 hours per week Setting: Senior Living Community Position: Part-Time | Consistent Weekly Schedule A Consistent Caregiving Opportunity with a Senior Couple Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking a dependable, patient, and compassionate caregiver to support a senior couple living in a senior living community. This position is ideal for someone who values a predictable schedule, enjoys building relationships with clients, and has experience supporting older adults experiencing memory loss or cognitive impairment. Both clients benefit from consistent supervision, gentle reminders, companionship, and assistance with their afternoon routines. We're looking for a caregiver who can provide calm, respectful support while helping both individuals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Your Weekly Schedule

• Days: Sunday–Thursday
• Hours: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
• Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Weekly Hours: 20 scheduled hours

This assignment offers a consistent five-day schedule with the same clients each week. What You'll Be Doing You'll help the couple maintain their daily routine while providing personalized assistance and meaningful companionship. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care
• Providing bathing and hygiene reminders and assistance as needed
• Picking up meals from the community dining area
• Handling client-related laundry and light housekeeping
• Offering companionship, supervision, and positive interaction
• Providing reminders, gentle redirection, and encouragement throughout the shift
• Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and organized living environment
• Observing changes in behavior or condition and reporting concerns to the office
• Supporting established routines with patience and consistency

Who We're Looking For We're seeking a caregiver who understands the importance of routine and consistency when supporting seniors with memory or cognitive challenges. The ideal candidate will be:

• Reliable and punctual, with consistent Sunday–Thursday availability
• Patient, compassionate, and respectful
• Comfortable assisting and supervising two senior clients
• Experienced in senior care, dementia care, memory care, assisted living, or personal care
• Observant and attentive to changes in clients' needs
• Comfortable providing reminders, reassurance, and redirection
• Able to maintain a calm, supportive atmosphere
• Committed to providing safe, individualized care
