Insurance Sales Representative

Farmers Insurance , one of the most trusted insurance brands in the United States with over 100 years of stability, is seeking motivated professionals to join our team in a  Sales Leadership development role with a clear path toward growth & agency ownership.

Under the guidance of  District Manager Stetson Smith , you will receive structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support as you develop your insurance career.

Important Requirements

This opportunity is 100% commission-based and requires candidates to have  capital reserves to support themselves during the initial ramp-up period.

This role is best suited for professionals who are comfortable betting on themselves and building something long-term.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow a personal book of business
• Prospect, network, and build relationships in your community
• Educate clients and present customized insurance solutions
• Build systems and processes for long-term growth
• Recruiting and leading a future team

Compensation & Earnings Potential

• Commission-only compensation structure
• 300% First-Year Bonus opportunity (performance-based)
• Additional bonuses up to $11,000+
• Monthly and annual production bonuses for up to 3 years
