CBRE is seeking a skilled Building Engineer to support a leading banking and financial services client in Richardson, TX. In this role, you will help maintain and support building operations across a campus consisting of two buildings totaling approximately 90,000 square feet, ensuring a safe, reliable, and efficient environment for occupants.
This position operates on a 12-hour rotating day shift schedule and is ideal for candidates with strong building maintenance experience across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems. A valid driver's license is required to operate a company vehicle and travel between buildings on campus.
